Two HMI options to suit your application:
The 3.5″ model is the lean choice for simple setups — MODBUS RTU over RS485/RS422/RS232, no Ethernet port. Step up to the 4.3″ if you need Ethernet connectivity and MODBUS TCP alongside RTU, making it easy to integrate with plant networks or SCADA systems.
Scale your I/O as your machine demands:
Start with the base LX3V at 8 DI / 6 DO for straightforward on/off control, or go larger with 14 DI/12 DO or 16 DI/16 DO variants when your sequence logic grows. Expansion cards slot directly onto the PLC for analog inputs (4–20 mA or 0–10 V), analog outputs, RTD (PT100), and thermocouple measurement — all without adding another device to your panel. Standalone expansion modules extend the system further with up to 16 extra digital I/O, 24-bit weighing inputs, or PID-ready thermocouple temperature control.
HMI features that actually get used on the factory floor:
- Email alarm notifications — faults reach the right person without anyone watching a screen
- Auto time sync keeps timestamps on your data logs accurate
- Data logging to USB or SD card, exportable directly to Excel
